Responsibilities
  • Translating subtitles from English into native language while complying with specified time and formatting requirements
  • Proofreading of subtitles in native language ensuring subtitles address the target audience appropriately
  • Creation of subtitles in native language (with or without a script as reference) / Spotting
  • Performing technical checks on subtitle files to ensure formatting conforms to specified requirements
Qualifications and Skills 
  • University degree in Translation, Audiovisual Translation or in a language related field
  • Native knowledge of the target language and proficient knowledge of the source language (C1-C2 level)
  • Two years of experience in Audiovisual Translation
  • Excellent knowledge of Subtitling Software
  • Precision and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and maintain high standards
